A Collaboration with award winning bar Speak in code, making contemporary cocktails in Manchester. It was an honour to work side by side to create one off pieces for their unique cocktails.



'It was a cold and wet day when we rocked up to Frida's workshop spouting out words like “Thai basil sesame milk, Brazilian Custard and Hojicha Shikye cream”. Meaning we got 3 different styles of drink we want to create 3 ceramics for...


With a small brief and some excitable descriptions of drinks - Frida got to work and in double quick time, made us these beauts.


First is for our Demo 6 - a Brazilian inspired drink with Pandan infused Cachaca, and a Brazilian custard named ‘Quindim’, with sweet potato, cashew, vanilla & Nutmeg


Second up is for our Demo 7 - with our SiC Gin, Kukicha distillate and a Thai basil & sesame milk (Halva, rice milk, Thai basil, sugar, salt). Pastel green in colour and really pops in this ceramic with tapered edges


Last up, for our White Russian on our classics menu - with a rice vodka, shochu, tonka coffee, and a Shikye Hojicha cream, made with toasted rice, barley and Hojicha tea.
